Sunday and Monday are expected to be seasonably cold and dry. It’s Monday evening into Tuesday where we see a power winter storm arrive. Beginning as rain for most of the region on Tuesday, dropping temperatures into Tuesday evening will provide a blanket of heavy snow throughout the entire region.

Tonight (Saturday) and Sunday will be cloudy and quiet for most of the region, only for a Nor’easter to make its way starting on Monday, and ending Wednesday. Heavy snow is expected, along with high winds which could impact coastal areas and bring power outages throughout the region.

Tonight: Clouds and cool air. Tomorrow: Cloudy with milder temperatures. Temperatures drop Thursday leading to the likely chance of freezing rain and ice.

Record-setting New Year’s temperatures, and rain showers will continue through midnight tonight (Saturday), with showers ending at 2 a.m. tomorrow. New Year’s Day will be bright with temperatures in the low 50s. Colder weather expected this upcoming Thursday and Friday.

We’re on a warm track this week. We start our week off with sunshine and some clouds, only for temperatures to increase on Thursday into the mid-40’s, and jump into the high 50’s on Friday with a sizeable rain storm.

We’re starting this Thanksgiving with chilly temperatures in the 30s, still cold but far milder compared to Thanksgivings in recent years. Temps will rise through the day into the 40’s, with sunshine stretching across New England. Showers are anticipated for Black Friday, but only a mild pitter patter of rain is expected!
