After an extended fall preview, summer warmth returns to New England Tuesday through Thursday, 85-90°. Along with increasing heat comes increased humidity, particularly Wednesday and Thursday, with dewpoints climbing back in the 60s. Although that heat and humidity builds back, aside from a Tuesday afternoon storm in Northern Maine, the only day of higher thunderstorm chances for most of the Northeast will be Thursday, mostly in Northern/Western New England, and Upstate NY through the Mid-Atlantic. Of the coming 10 days, this Tuesday to next Thursday, New England finds highs 85-90° in the next three days, around 80 for the remainder of the period.
