(NECN: Mike Cronin) – The calendar says spring has been here for almost three weeks, but, for us living in reality, it hasn’t exactly felt like Spring…at least until Tuesday!
Temperatures neared 70 degrees in Worcester, Mass., and city residents were out enjoying the warm weather.
They were happy to get an ice cream cone or skip rocks.
