(NECN) - A hurricane warning is in effect for the North Carolina coast. The Weather Channel's Jeff Morrow joins NECN from Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina to discuss the evacuation order issued for one of the islands.
Evacuation will begin Wednesday, morning on remote, Ocracoke Island. The decision was made as Hurricane Earl whipped across the Caribbean with winds reaching 135 mph.
