Daylight Saving Ends

    Daylight Saving Ends

Cooler air is settling in for Sunday as a blustery northwest wind sets up. Highs will stay in the 40s to near 50 degrees for most of New England. We’ll generally see a blend of sunshine and clouds, but the clouds will be most numerous in Eastern Massachusetts and near the New Hampshire Seacoast. We’ll tend to find more sunshine with time through the interior. A few sprinkles or spotty showers will also pop up from time to time, again, especially near the coast. Any of those drops that move through will be on the light side, and are unlikely to impact your outdoor plans in a meaningful way.

Sunset happens earlier tonight, remember, following last night’s time change. We’ll now have sunsets before 5 PM through early February.

Sunshine returns on Monday, but we’ll still be locked in a cool pattern. Highs will be near 50.

Our wind turns out of the southwest by Tuesday, shooting temperatures into the 60 degree range by election day. We’ll also still enjoy sunshine.

A few more clouds return with a few spot showers on Wednesday as a cold front approaches. That will send temperatures back closer to normal for the rest of the week.
