A weak cold front continues to sink southeast tonight. This will trigger a spot shower or sprinkle, add a few more clouds to the sky, and will change our wind direction overnight. Lows tonight drop to the 50s and 60s with a northwest breeze and a mostly clear sky.

Sunshine dominates the forecast for Saturday as we see highs in the mid-70s.

Sunday will bring more clouds and slightly cooler temperatures around 70, upper 60s across northern New England.

Labor Day we will track in some scattered showers and possibly a thunderstorm as a warm front moves in. Temperatures will be a tad warmer in the mid-70s and the humidity will also increase after the front lifts to the north.

The showers end Monday night, and by Tuesday we have sunshine and highs in the low 80s.

The humidity will still be high for Wednesday with highs in the mid-80s. A cold front approaches from the northwest and this will help cool us off for the end of the week but will also bring some rain.

The forecast becomes more uncertain as we get into the end of the 10-day since we aren’t sure how Hurricane Dorian will interact with our weather pattern next weekend. There is a chance that we see the remnant low bring us some rain around that time, but stay tuned.
