    New England Mountain Snow Piles Up

    Today (Saturday): Snow arrives this morning, falling light to moderate intensity through the afternoon. Most locations away from the coast see 3 to 6 inches as the storm pulls away from the coast tomorrow morning. Near the coast expecting 1 to 3 inches where rain and mix lessen continuous snow. Highs in the low to mid 30s.

    Overnight Saturday Night: Snow tapers from west to east as low pressure system pulls away from the coast. Scattered snow showers linger overnight into the morning. Lows near 30 degrees.
    Sunday: Bright and brisk. West winds increase 10 to 15 mph, with some gusts reaching near 25 mph. Highs near 40 degrees.

    Today (Tuesday): Light snow changes to rain south, snow to mix to rain central, snow continues north. Highs in the 50s at the South Coast, 40s for most, 30s north. Southeast wind 5-15 mph.

    Overnight Tuesday Night: Mostly cloudy. Lows around 30, 20s in Vermont. Increasing wind becomes west-northwest at 10-20 mph.
