A Sun-Filled Turkey Day

It's been busy the last couple of days, but Sunday is expected to be the busiest of them all as people head home.

For the Thanksgiving holiday, it will be sun-filled, but colder, with temperatures starting off in the upper 20s for most, so bundle up if you are participating in any of the Turkey Trots that are taking place.

By the afternoon, temperatures slide to near 40 degrees. Black Friday brings another mostly sunny day with highs into the mid to upper 40s.

Then a warm-up for the first half of the weekend ushers in highs into the 50s, but don’t get used to the warmth, as Mother Nature brings another cold front in time for the second half of the weekend.

Sunday could feature more cloud cover and a few flurries into the higher elevations.

Highs reach into the lower 40s, which is where we start off the work week before another warm-up pops up by midweek.
