NECN affiliate WVIT reports that a multi-car crash with fire has Warren Street closed at Lockwood Avenue in Stamford, Connecticut.

In addition, WVIT reports a crash on route 8 by exit 11 is causing delays from exit 12. Wet and icy conditions are reported in the area.

WVIT is also reporting over 100 delays or closings due to the weather.

The Massachusetts Department of Transportation reports that speed on the Mass. Turnpike has been reduced to 40 mph, with no propane or tandems, from the New York border to Interchange 9 in Charlton.

The New Hampshire Department of Transportation reports that the speed on I-93 in Tilton and Newhampton has been reduced to 45 mph.

Police in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, say crews are on the scene of a motor vehicle crash on Lafayette Road at the Mckinnon's Plaza.

Seacoastonline.com reports that a pedestrian was killed in the crash early this morning.

The southbound side of Lafayette Road is being diverted through the plaza. Officials say to expect significant delays.

Police in Bedford, New Hampshire, say Wallace Road at Marston Drive is down to one lane due to a motor vehicle accident and telephone pole replacement.

The speed limit on the Maine Turnpike has been reduced to 45 from Kittery to exit 53 in Falmouth.

The Maine Department of Transportation reports that Route 295 Southbound is stop-and-go due to a crash. Officials say to expect delays or seek alternate routes.
