A Fantastic Liver Life Walk – and You Can Still Help!

The American Liver Foundation's Liver Life Walk may have boasted another record crowd this year!  An estimated 2000 walkers came out to Mother's Rest in Boston, bathed in sunshine, to walk - raising money to fight Liver Disease.  This was my fourth year serving as Master of Ceremonies for the walk, and every year I meet more wonderful people.  Last year, I introduced you to Tom Williams, a young man who was waiting for a liver transplant (to see last year's piece, click here).  This year, Tom is 5 months out of his liver transplant and doing miraculously as he enters tenth grade - proof positive of the positive impact the American Liver Foundation is making.  Thanks to all who walk, and all who give - to give, click over to the Liver Life Walk page now!
