Boston Cleans Up After a Few Inches of Snowfall Overnight

(NECN: Nelly Carreno, Boston) – A windy winter storm came through Boston overnight into Sunday, accumulating about five inches of snow.

Crews were up all night treating roads to make them safe for travel Sunday morning. NSTAR did not report any major power outages in the area.

Boston has accumulated about 21 inches of snow since the beginning of February.

As the storm left, temperatures dropped, so people need to be sure to bundle up.
