(NECN) - A roof has collapsed in Chelsea, Massachusetts. It happened at about 9 a.m. at 911 Vernon Street.
The Chelsea Fire Department says they think the entire building will be a complete and total loss. We don't know if anyone was inside at the time, but no injuries were reported.
