(NECN: Justine Waldman, Quincy, Mass.) - Just in time for this heat wave, a number of beaches in Quincy, Massachusetts have reopened.
Several had been off limits to swimming because of high levels of bacteria. However, swimming is still not allowed at Rhoda Street Beach and Wollaston Beach.
Storm water runoff is what prompted the closure of Wollaston Beach.
