Our John Moroney is live at Sunshine Farm in Sherborn, Mass. The farm has been in the same family for three generations.

What is with the early season?

“Another sign of global warming. We had a very mild winter,” says owner Jim Geoghegan.”The fruit flowered back in March and April on many crops.”

How long will the season go?

“It looks like a nice long, five- or six-week season…It looks like we’ll go through late June or early July.”
