Flooding Affects Homeowners, Commuters in Braintree, Massachusetts

(NECN: Brad Puffer, Braintree, Mass.) - The flooding from the storm has been affecting the commuter rail south of Boston, Massachusetts. Commuters are still dealing with delays in the wake of the storm.

A river in Braintree has taken over Adams Street in Braintree, Massachusetts.

Homeowners are dealing with basement flooding and trees and wreckage on the ground outside their homes.

While the water has gone down, it still surrounds many homes.

"This is the worst I've ever seen it," says one resident.

The Braintree Public Works Facility is also under water.

Schools will be released early because it is taking so long for the children to get home.
