(NECN) - Sigh of relief for those who live and must travel by Shawsheen River in Wilmington, Massachusetts. New reports from the National Weather Service say its not being considered a minor flooding event instead of a major one as reported earlier today.
The high point will be 7 feet, 6 inches around tomorrow at noon. Last year at this time, the same river reached 10 1/2 feet.
