Neighbor Calls Plum Island Home a ‘total Loss'

(NECN) - There are serious concerns about high tide and coastal flooding.

Bob Connors lives at 39 Annapolis Way on Plum Island, Mass. He is a neighbor to 43 Annapolis Way, the house that slid off its foundation, collapsing into the ocean.

"We have catastrophic shoreline damage going on during this whole storm," Connors says.

He says the home is completely compromised and has slid onto the coastal bank. Connors calls it a total loss.
