Officials Getting Ready for Storm's Onslaught

(NECN) - The biggest lesson of the Hurricane Katrina debacle of 2005 is that the Federal Emergency Management Agency is not waiting for something to happen.

Nick Russo of FEMA in Massachusetts said that the agency is trying to do lots more in terms of storm preparation to get aid to storm victims as soon as possible.
