(NECN: Tom Langford, Scituate, Mass.) - The storm is gone, but the water remains in parts of Scituate, Mass., that were inundated by coastal flooding during the blizzard of 2010. Many homeowners trying to clean up remain without power, and streets that were flooding Monday before dawn look almost as they did then.
