(NECN) - Rhode Island Governor Lincoln Chafee spoke at an emergency management press conference on Hurricane Irene.
Irene is predicted to make landfall Sunday with six to ten inches of rain expected as early as Saturday night.
There is a hurricane watch issued for much of the state and a tropical storm watch for portions of two inland counties.
