(NECN) - Rescue crews performed a dramatic late-night rescue in Barre, Mass. Thursday night.
Crews were called to a scene on Loring Road just after 9:30, where they found an empty car.
After an exhaustive search, emergency workers found a male passenger who was stuck along a river bed.
The 51-year-old was rescued from the water and taken to a local hospital.
There is no word at this hour on his condition.
