(NECN) - Mandatory evacuation orders have been issued in several flood-prone zones in Salisbury, Mass.
The town had its first high tide Thursday morning and another in the evening. The damage was minimal.
There will be another high tide Friday morning, before the storm heads out.
Town officials say they cannot physically force people to leave their homes, but if things get bad, emergency crews may not be able to get to certain areas to help anyone.
