(NECN: Indianapolis, Ind.) - Powerful storms have flooded roads in a part of Indiana that has already seen its share of downpours.
You can see how drivers struggle to make it down this street. Some of them, caught off-guard by the flash flooding, had to be rescued from their vehicles.
Aside from flooding, the storm also downed power lines and trees.
