Snow Accumulates in Central Mass.

(NECN: Greg Wayland, Worcester, Mass.) - On Main Street in Worcester, Mass. Tuesday, the snow began falling around 10:30 a.m.

By late afternoon, the snow had lightened up and the air had warmed up a bit. About four inches had fallen on the city.

People in Worcester are weary of the snow due to the 70 plus inches that the city has already received this winter.

Worcester's Department of Public Works will be salting and sanding the city's steep hills and major roadways.
