(NECN) - Despite the best efforts of many plow drivers, the conditions and the timing of this storm made it difficult to clear roadways before the work commute.
Joining NECN via telephone is the Commissioner of the Massachusetts Highway Department, Luisa Paiewonsky.
Luisa says the afternoon commute will be a tough one, as well.
Luisa says the most difficult area to be traveling in is in Central Massachusetts.
