(NECN/The Weather Channel) - Relentless rains continue out West, causing major flooding, mudslides and evacuations.
In Southern Nevada, a state of emergency was ordered after rain-swollen creeks closed some roads in the Las Vegas area -- even flooding a parking garage.
But, some of the biggest problems continue to be in Southern California.
