(NECN: Kathryn Sotnik, Sandwich, Mass.) -On parts of Cape Cod, this winter's storms have torn away large chunks of beach, and wiped away the area's biggest tourist attraction. Before people have had a chance to shore up their beaches, another storm is going to bear down.
Wednesday night it's incredibly windy in Sandwich and the storm hasn't even hit yet. The major concern in the area is overnight and into the early hours Thursday.
Year round residents NECN spoke with say they're going to brave out the storm. One woman, Betsy Pottey, says she had some damage in February's blizzard, and is keeping a close eye on the weather.
Other residents said some people are still trying to repair sand dunes from the last few storms.
