(NECN) - People trying to get by on roadways by the beach should expect some heavy winds. The Weather Channel reports that winds have been gusting around 45 miles per hour, and maybe reaching 50 at some point.
Plows have been coming by every 15 minutes, and it's a virtual whiteout out there. The snow has been piling on at about 2 inches an hour.
