Mark Burnett dreaming up new “Fantasy Island”

(NECN/ABC) – Jon and Kate Gosselin ‘s break up is getting even uglier. Kate has gone to court to try to get back the 230-thousand dollars she says her estranged husband took out of their joint bank account. She claims he left her with only one-thousand dollars and that she can’t pay the bills. A photographer has filed a police report claiming Oscar-winner Sean Penn beat him up when he tried to take pictures of the star outside a Los Angeles market.. The man claims Penn kicked him in the legs and punched him in the arm and that his camera was damaged. Linday Lohan’s collection for Emannuel Ungaro is getting lukewarm reviews at Paris fashion week…and that’s being kind. “Women’s Wear Daily” called the clothes cheesy and dated. “Ftyle.com” called the show a bad joke…and one noted french art director said simply “call the fashion police.”. “Fantasy Island” is coming back as a reality whop. Sony and “Survivor” creator Mark Burnett are teaming up for the project which will feature 12-contestants as they compete to win a dream job at a luxury resort on an exotic island.
