Deadly typhoons force millions to evacuate in Asia
(NECN) – Deadly typhoons have forced millions of people to evacuate in Asia. Authorities are reporting at least a dozen people dead after a typhoon slammed into Japan. Another slammed into China’s eastern coast, killing dozens and forcing nearly one-million to flee to safety. Before hitting China, the storm triggered the worst flooding in Taiwan in half a century and killed at least 22 people in the Philippines.
