Mayor Janey Announces Proposals for Boston Police Reform

Decrying the Boston Police Department’s inaction on child sex abuse allegations against a former police officer later accused of molesting more children, Boston Mayor Kim Janey announced measures aimed at increasing accountability and transparency at the department, as well as trust in it.
