‘Personally Enraged': Local Experts React to Supreme Court's EPA-Climate Change Ruling

There’s a lot of discouragement after the Supreme Court ruling Thursday, which directly impacts the federal government and the EPA. Local experts who spoke to NBC10 Boston say the impact will be felt here in Massachusetts, too.
