Mass. Life Sciences Update: Angus McQuilken

(NECN) - Every month NECN Business takes a look at the life sciences industry in Massachusetts, and in November, there was good news as more new jobs came to the Bay State.

Angus McQuilken, vice president of the Mass. Life Sciences Center, says two new companies moved to Massachusetts after the successful BIO Convention earlier this year.

"The most important thing [the companies bring] is jobs," McQuilken said. "When they come, they usually start small, but small companies grow into big companies. Once they're here, they put down roots, they start to grow."
