More than 170 Massachusetts firms have landed on Inc. 5000's list of fastest-growing companies.
Boston Business Journal managing editor Craig Douglas says the list shows just how strong the Bay State's economy is.
"We have a whole mix of IT companies, biotechs, talent search companies - it really runs the gamut in terms of what they do and what they specialize in," he said.
Douglas also talks about Bain Capital's reported moves to buy Shutterfly.
