Officials in Beverly, Massachusetts, have arrested a 19 year old and two juveniles in connection with a fire that destroyed two houses under construction and damaged six other homes Sunday night.
According to officials from the Department of Fire Services, Zackary H. Pavia of Beverly will be arraigned Thursday in Salem District Court on multiple counts of arson and destruction of property.
Two juvenile males, aged 15 and 17, will be summonsed and charged with 1 count accessory before the fact, 1 count of breaking and entering in the nighttime with the intent to commit a felony, and 1 count of trespassing
There were no injuries in the fire.
