Boston Man Accused of Murdering Adoptive Father to Be Arraigned

(NECN: Justin Michaels, West Roxbury, Mass.) - A family tragedy will take center stage in a Mass. courtroom Monday.

Mark Regan will be arraigned in West Roxbury District Court. The 33-year-old is charged with murdering his 66-year-old adoptive father, who also goes by the name Mark Regan.

The body of Regan was found dead at his home at 105 Perham St. in Boston Friday morning. Boston police responded to the home after a call for a well-being check was made just after 8:30 a.m.

By Friday afternoon, the Perham St. home was blocked off with crime tape and so was a white sedan sitting outside.

Then late Friday night into early Saturday morning, the 33-year-old Mark Regan, was arrested for his adoptive father's murder.
