Conn. Works to Dig Out From Historic Snowfall

Some parts of the Nutmeg State saw 40 inches in Blizzard of 2013

(NECN) - Hamden, Conn. was the hardest-hit New England town in the historic blizzard, and the community continues to struggle to dig itself out of the snow.

Hamden received a whopping 40 inches of the white stuff.

For some area residents, they feel like 40 inches are still piled up on their streets.
