Crews Work Hard to Treat Roads in Lexington, Mass.

Storm left heavy snow in New England Sunday morning

(NECN: Justin Michaels, Lexington, Mass.) - Plow trucks were working on Route 128 in Lexington, Mass., keeping the highway clear.

But it's still a mess outside.

Early in the morning Sunday, a line of nine trucks were simultaneously treating the roads to deal with the heavy snow that fell overnight.

A rudimentary measurement in the area by NECN showed between seven and eight inches of accumulated snow.
