The watch goes into effect at noon on Thursday
(NECN) – The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood watch for the entire state of Vermont and northern New York. It comes into effect at noon on Thursday and will last into early Friday morning.
Thunderstorms developing this afternoon may have heavy rain that can drop an inch or two of rain in a short period of time.
