(NECN) - Much of Massachusetts and Rhode Island were under a blizzard watch for Friday, as weather radars predicted a severe winter storm.
Frank DePaola, Administrator of the MassDOT Highway Division, joined "The Morning Show" to discuss the department's preparations and what he wants drivers to do.
