(NECN) - A Massachusetts nanny has been arrested and charged with assaulting a one-year-old girl, who later died.
The Middlesex County DA said Aisling McCarthy Brady committed the assault in Cambridge, Mass., last week.
The young girl suffered a severe head injury and broken bones. She died at the hospital.
The 34-year-old Brady will be arraigned on Tuesday. The DA anticipates more charges will be filed once the medical examiner issues his report.
