The storms in June and July flooded streets and did extensive property and street damage
(NECN) - President Barack Obama has signed a disaster declaration for Vermont and New Hampshire in response to severe storms and flooding in June and July.
Both states were hit hard, as heavy rains and flash flooding damaged several areas from June 26 through July 3.
The declaration will make federal funding available to state and eligible local governments.
