(NECN: Brian Burnell – Natick, Mass.) - Another winter storm is making way through New England and the north is getting hit the hardest with over a foot of snow predicted in some areas.
A flash freeze took place overnight Wednesday, causing widespread ice on the roads and on vehicles.
Pre-treatment of the roads in Massachusetts seemed to really help, as some parts are slick, but people are passing by with relative ease.
