Meteorologist Matt Noyes is tracking a tropical wave off of Africa
(NECN) - Meteorologist Matt Noyes says he's tracking a tropical wave off the west coast of Africa.
Noyes says it may organize itself in the next 36 hours.
He also says one of the things you have to look for when systems organize in the eastern Atlantic is if there is any dry air coming from the Sahara Desert, which would essentially knock a tropical storm system out.
