A lot of people are loving the break from shoveling, but some cold-weather businesses are having a tough time with the warm temperatures.
It was a bit of a breeze and some clouds keeping it feeling closer to April on Wednesday, but, when February feels and looks like this, it does send some people into another definition of the winter doldrums.
