Bob Johnson shares thoughts on passing of Eunice Kennedy Shriver

(NECN) – Eunice Kennedy Shriver has passed away at the age of 88. Mrs Shriver was hospitalized on Cape Cod for about a week, her family had been at her bedside. We learned overnight that her condition had worsened. NECN had the chance to speak with Bob Johnson the President and CEO of the Special Olympics Shriver was the fifth of nine Kennedy children. Senator Ted Kennedy and Jean Kennedy Smith are her sole surviving siblings.
