Cause of Lynn fire under investigation

(NECN: Lynn, Mass.) – Residents of a triple decker in Lynn, Massachusetts were safe Saturday night after a fire destroyed their apartments. Firefighters fought the blaze on South Street from ladders, and the second and third floors were left charred. The first floor suffered smoke and water damage. Everyone got out of the building without suffering injury. There were six apartments in the building. The Red Cross was helping the displaced families. The cause of the fire was under investigation.
