A suspect has been arrested in the murder of a New Hampshire man.

Authorities said Friday that 21-year-old Hassan Sapry of Laconia had been charged with second-degree murder in the death of 57-year-old Wilfred Guzman Sr.

The arrest of Sapry, previously deemed by authorities to be a "dangerous" person of interest in the killing, was announced Friday by the office of New Hampshire Attorney General Gordon MacDonald.

Guzman's body was found last Friday in his Laconia home. After an autopsy, officials determined he was killed by blunt and sharp force injury to the head.

Sapry is due to be arraigned Monday in Belknap County Superior Court. It was not immediately clear if he had an attorney.
