Here's the Story Behind the Floating Building in Boston's Seaport

“Polarity” is a wooden art piece made to look like a fallen-over luxury condo floating in the Fort Point Channel as a statement on climate change and flooding in Boston’s Seaport neighborhood. With help from a community arts grant, Artist Zy Baer constructed the piece as a call to action for wealthy people to help end the climate crisis.
