2nd Man Arrested in Connection to Bike Path Murder

The New Hampshire attorney general's office says a man sought in connection with the stabbing death of a Nashua man in March has been found and arrested.

Police say 20-year-old Stephan Peno was arrested late Monday in Manchester. He is charged with conspiracy to commit robbery, robbery and falsifying physical evidence for his involvement in the events that led to the death of Benjamin Marcum on March 12.

Marcum was found lying on the city bike path with multiple stab wounds.

Peno will be arraigned Wednesday; it wasn't immediately known if he had a lawyer. A warrant was issued for his arrest last month.

Jonathan Goff was arrested on March 14 and charged with second-degree murder.
